Norm of the North: Critical Black Sheep.

Norm may or may not end up a commercial success (So far, it's doing well enough to avoid bombing), but critically, it is taking a brutal beating. 

In fact, it is so hated among critics that not a one of them gave it a positive review thus far. One dude almost gave it a positive, but they later changed it to negative as well. If things keep up like this, Norm may be the first theatrical animated film in celluloid history to lack even one decent review.

So, here's what makes matters better for the film: It's opening weekend is already better than Shaun The Sheep, which is not only nominated for a Globe and Oscar, but has received positive reviews from all but one critic.

Today's parents must know full well that the film is bad, but must be that desperate to get their children out of the house and see it as a cinematic babysitter simply because it is animated. Because, when push comes to shove, most parents these days probably won't take their children to see a film they know full well sucks unless it is at least animated due to the common belief that children will watch anything as long as it is a cartoon.

Personally, I haven't seen Norm. But, I have noticed how badly it is doing among critics. I don't think I have ever seen an animated theatrical film open to this much hate before EVER (Especially while avoiding being a commercial bomb as well). It must just be that bad, but parents must be that willing to get their children out of the house.
